Events at La Larr Ba Gauwa Park

To hold an event at La Larr Ba Gauwa or the Oak Forest, you will need to:

A permit checks the site availability and outlines the conditions that entitles you to use a nominated section of the park for your event.

Once your booking is confirmed and the permit is issued, the volunteer Committee of Management will ensure that the booked area is clean and tidy.

Public Safety conditions apply for events between 1st November and 31st March. For more information, refer to the Event Guidelines for La Larr Ba Gauwa.

Any event that requires parking off La Larr Ba Gauwa will also need to refer to the guidance on parking and traffic management in the Event Guidelines for La Larr Ba Gauwa.

Please note: The Committee does not play any role in organising any aspect of your event such as celebrants or providing any kind of infrastructure such as chairs or signing tables.
